Return policy
All Products are final, non-returnable and non-exchangeable. For sanitary reasons, we do not accept return or exchange since we cannot restock or resell products that have been returned to us.
Even though our products are inspected for damage prior to shipping. We do offer refunds and replacements on products that are damaged during shipping only. If you receive products that were damaged during transit, please call 440 454 3427 or email [email protected] to report the damage with proof within 24 hours of delivery.
Please report any missing merchandise, order mistakes, defect, and any other order problems within 24 to 48 hours of delivery during which we can provide a store credit equivalent to the sale price of the product. After 48 hours from delivery, we will conclude that your order was completed accurately, and no refunds or exchanges will be accepted after that time.
